A: It depends if you're mailing first class or standard (bulk) and how your mailing list sorts down. The average price for first class is 30 cents and standard is 20 cents. All postage rates are determined by The United States Postal Service.

Q: Do you provide mailing lists?
A: We can provide certain mailing lists or we can direct you to a list company.

Q: What is the turnaround time for a direct mail job?
A: 3 - 7 days from your approval signoff. It will also depend on the number of inserts involved in the mail package.

Q: How do I send my mailing list?
A: You can email your mailing list in an ASCII Comma Delimited format to your account representative.

Q: Can I add additional inserts?
A: Yes. We will need a sample of the insert before mailing.

Q: How do I send my artwork?
A: Most of the artwork is re-typeset into a CorelDraw format. To facilitate the process, you can send us your artwork via email in a text format (NOT a word document attachment) or send your artwork in a .eps, .ai or Corel format. Also, a hard copy is needed to reference.

Q: Can I get a postal receipt?
A: Yes. You can request this from your account representative and it can be faxed to you within 48 hours.
